Beavers Bend
We took a trip to Beavers Bend, Oklahoma this past weekend with the McGilvray family. Dale & Gary won a bid in a silent auction for a weekend stay at a cabin there. The cousins had a great time running around the wrap-around porch, playing hide-n-seek, looking for bugs (a Makenzie and Megan favorite), taking a train ride through the woods, relaxing in the hot tub, playing basketball, making s'mores, and fishing and swimming in the lake. The trip ended with Aaron's find of a family of armadillos which he proceeded to chase and had his daughter and nieces following pursuit. We had a great time together as a family and are thankful to Gary and Dale for planning/organizing the trip!

Hey, roomie! loved catching up on your fam and cannot get over how big your girls are! My blog has been horribly neglected so I am trying to update it. Girl, we just found out we are having twins!! OH MY! No twins in our fam or medical help--just God's funny sense of humor! Our original due date was Dec 14 but now it is in Nov.I already found a HUGE nursing pillow for twins and will nurse them at the same time. We have GOT to catch up this summer. Let's plan to meet at a park or something over by you! I miss you! Love, Jenny
